Personal Data and Privacy

PlumoBOX respects the privacy of its users, especially children. The site is designed to function without collecting identifiable personal data.

No cookies, no trackers

PlumoBOX uses no cookies, no tracking pixels, no third-party trackers (Google Analytics, Meta, etc.). This is why no consent banner is offered: there is nothing to accept or refuse.

No accounts, no sign-up

There is no account creation, no password, no sign-up form. No name, address, phone number or email is required to use the mini-apps.

Anonymous Usage Statistics

To understand which mini-apps are useful, PlumoBOX records strictly anonymous statistics (e.g., 'mini-app X was opened today'). No personal data, IP address, persistent identifier or browser fingerprint is stored. A temporary identifier is generated in the tab's memory (sessionStorage) and disappears when the tab is closed.

Local Browser Storage

Some preferences (light/dark theme, chosen grade level, sound on or off, high scores) are stored locally in your browser via localStorage and sessionStorage. This information never leaves your device, is not transmitted to any server, and can be deleted at any time by clearing the site data.

Your Rights

Since PlumoBOX collects no personal data, there is nothing to view, modify or delete on the server. For any data protection questions, you can contact the editor at the address listed above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.

PlumoBOX grows thanks to teachers who share classroom feedback, ideas, and teaching materials. All contributions are welcome: suggestions for new mini-apps, constructive feedback on existing activities, sharing of exercises, texts, or illustrations. Feel free to contact us by email to discuss.
